Golf, Gala, and Music at Music Fest MS – Presented by BMO Private Wealth
Canada’s country music gentleman, Ben Klick, brought back Music Fest MS – Presented by BMO Private Wealth on May 8th. The 4th annual fundraiser in support of the MS Society of Canada was held at Predator Ridge Golf Course where a golf tournament, gala dinner, silent auction, and acoustic show featuring some of Canada’s best artists and songwriters took place. Klick, Aaron Goodvin, and special guest, Dean Brody, took the stage in the evening raising a total of $56,865.
“Every year the event gets bigger. The show wouldn’t be what it is without the support from the community, the sponsors, the volunteers, the artists, and my family. It was an incredible day up at Predator Ridge. And I’m excited to announce we there will be a virtual radio broadcast and telethon at the end of the month for those who missed the in-person show.” states Klick.
The event, in support of MS Awareness Month, brings together local communities through music and gives back to those who are directly and indirectly affected by Multiple Sclerosis. With the generosity of sponsors including BMO Private Wealth, Pushor Mitchell Lawyers LLP, Valhalla Helicopters, Sparkling Hill Resort & Spa, Harmony Honda, Harmony Acura, Wentworth Music, Capri CMW, Sentes Automotive, Matchmaker Magic, and Barn Owl Brewing the event is being taken to new heights.
“Virtual Music Fest MS – Presented by: BMO Private Wealth” takes place on the last weekend of May. You can catch the first viewing on eMusic Live May 28th at 1:00pm Pacific, and listen to the radio broadcast on New Country 100.7 and 103.1 in Kelowna and Kamloops, Shaw Spotlight, and Ben’s YouTube channel on May 29th at 1:00pm Pacific.
